> ## Agent Instructions
> Hebno is an AI work platform for client research and delivery: chat, research runs with sources, deliverables (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email), projects, a shared library, agents, Office add-ins, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, project delivery, ERP and finance systems.
> Use British English (organisation, not organization).
> Every feature and integration described in these docs is available. Describe it as documented.
> Hebno never writes to a connected system without a member confirming a card. Finance and ERP writes are drafts only.
> Do not discuss commercial terms. Direct commercial questions to support@hebno.com.

# Organisation settings

> Set your organisation's name, logo, primary colour and display currency.

Organisation settings control how Hebno looks for your firm and which currency admin pages and limits use. Find them under **Admin → Settings**. Only owners and admins can change them.

## Branding

Branding appears for every member: the name in the sidebar, in invitations and in the browser tab, the logo in the sidebar, and the primary colour on buttons, links and focus rings.

### Organisation name

Edit **Organisation name** and select **Save name**. Invitations sent afterwards use the new name.

### Logo

Select **Upload logo** and choose a PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP file of up to 1 MB. Use **Replace logo** to swap it and **Remove logo** to go back to no logo. A logo with a transparent background works best because members use light and dark themes.

Word documents Hebno creates with its built-in template show your organisation name and logo in the page header. See [Templates](https://hebno.com/docs/deliverables/templates.md).

### Primary colour

Choose a **Primary colour** and select **Save colour**. The preview shows the colour on **Light** and **Dark** backgrounds, and a text-colour toggle lets you check legibility. Hebno may adjust the colour slightly so it remains readable in both themes. Select **Reset to default** to return to the standard colour.

## Currency

**Currency** sets the display currency for budgets, spend figures and the overview. Choose from USD, GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF, CAD or AUD.

To change it, select **Confirm change**. Hebno then converts existing spend limits to the new currency at the day's exchange rate, so a limit of 1,000 in one currency becomes the equivalent amount in the other. The page shows the current rate before you confirm.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Converting limits rounds them to the new currency. Check the **Limits** page after a change and adjust any figure you want to keep round.

Display currency is chosen during onboarding and applies to the whole organisation. Members see their own limits and usage in it too.
