# Connectors

> Connect cloud storage accounts to attach files in Hebno chat.

Connectors let you bring files from cloud storage into a Hebno conversation without syncing or indexing the connected account in the background.

Each member connects their own account. Connections are personal and can be managed under **Settings → Connections**.

## How connectors work

* Hebno reads only the file you select, when you attach it.
* Connected accounts use read-only access to retrieve selected files.
* Attached files are stored in your organisation's private storage so they remain available in chat history.
* Disconnect a provider at any time from **Settings → Connections**.
