Why we built Hebno

We are strategy consultants. We have written the proposals, run the research, and delivered the work clients pay for.

That's why AI put us in an awkward spot. A first draft now takes seconds, but getting it ready for a client takes the same work as before. The claims still have to hold up and the context has to be right, so a senior person reads through a generic draft and fixes it before they will put their name on it. Whatever time the draft saved gets spent on the review instead.

That doesn't add up over time either. Every project starts from a blank page, and the approach that worked last quarter lives in one person's head.

We built Hebno to change that. It drafts research and analysis from your approved sources and your firm's own knowledge, and it shows the evidence behind every claim, so your experts can review it and put their name on it before it reaches the client. When an approach works, you save it and run it again.

We think this work can get faster without getting worse, as long as the speed comes from a better starting point rather than lower standards.
