The admin overview shows how your organisation uses Hebno: what it spends, which teams and models drive that spend, and who uses it most. Use it to spot a team approaching its limit before the limit blocks anyone, and to decide which models to enable.

Who can open it

Owners and admins see Admin in the sidebar. Members do not: if a member opens an admin address, Hebno returns them to chat. Select Back to chats to leave the admin area. All amounts on admin pages use your organisation’s display currency, set under Organisation settings.

Choose a date range

The range picker at the top of the page controls every figure on it. Spend limits reset on the first day of each UTC month, so This month matches what limits measure.

What the page shows

This period

Four cards summarise the range.
  • Spend by model over time shows how the model mix changes. It needs a range of at least two months.
  • Daily spend shows each day, so a spike is easy to date.
  • Top spenders ranks members by spend in the range.

Breakdown

  • Spend by model shows which models account for the total.
  • Spend by team shows which teams account for it.
Spend is attributed on every request to the member, their team, the project, the model and the conversation. A request that cannot be matched to a team or member appears under Unknown team or Unknown member.
Team attribution is based on the team tag on the chat. A chat tagged to the wrong team counts against that team’s spend and limits. Members with one team are tagged automatically; members with several choose when they start a chat.

Read the overview with limits

The overview is read-only. To act on what you see:
  • A team with the highest spend share: set or adjust its limit.
  • A model that drives spend without adding value: restrict it in Models.
  • A top spender who needs a tighter cap: set a member limit.

Everything else in admin

The sidebar groups admin pages by purpose. Every change you make on these pages is recorded in Logs.
