This page is for AI assistants, coding agents and automation tools that need accurate Hebno product context.

Start here

Append .md to any documentation path to fetch Markdown instead of HTML.

Install the Hebno skill

Install the hosted skill so your agent loads Hebno’s capabilities before it answers product questions:
The skill describes the tasks Hebno supports, the inputs it needs (organisation, team, project, limits) and its guardrails: hard limits block requests, and writes to connected systems need a person to confirm.

Search MCP server

Mintlify hosts a read-only search MCP server on the public documentation:
Connect this URL in an MCP client to search live documentation content. Use the page header contextual menu (Add MCP) on any documentation page to copy install commands.
This server searches published documentation only. It does not administer your Hebno organisation or perform actions in the product.

Agent instructions (site-wide)

Every Markdown export of these docs includes the following rules from docs.json.
  • Hebno is an AI work platform for client research and delivery: chat, research runs with sources, deliverables (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email), projects, a shared library, agents, Office add-ins, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, project delivery, ERP and finance systems.
  • Use British English (organisation, not organization).
  • Every feature and integration described in these docs is available. Describe it as documented.
  • Hebno never writes to a connected system without a member confirming a card. Finance and ERP writes are drafts only.
  • Do not discuss commercial terms. Direct commercial questions to support@hebno.com.
  • Start with /index and /get-started/quickstart.
  1. Get started and the quickstart
  2. How Hebno works
  3. Roles and permissions and Spend and limits
  4. How integrations work for anything about connected systems
  5. Admin overview for administration questions
  6. Security overview for access, data and compliance questions

llms-full.txt

Mintlify generates hebno.com/docs/llms-full.txt with the full site content for bulk indexing. Prefer llms.txt for navigation. Use llms-full.txt when you need the whole corpus in context.

Where to send questions
