What each entry shows
Entries cannot be edited or deleted. If nothing has been recorded for a tab, it shows No activity recorded yet.
Tabs
Each tab groups one kind of activity.Integrations in detail
The Integrations tab answers two questions: who changed the connector setup, and what Hebno wrote on someone’s behalf.- A connector entry shows the admin, the integration and the setting that changed.
- A connection entry shows the member, the system and whether they connected, disconnected or were revoked.
- A write entry shows the member who confirmed it, the system, the action, the record affected and when. Writes are recorded only after a person selects Confirm or Send. Dismissed cards are not recorded because nothing changed.
Sign-ins in detail
Each entry shows the member, the time and whether sign-in succeeded. Use it to spot repeated failures against an account, or to check when someone last signed in before you suspend or revoke access.Filter and export
Filter the log by tab, date range and actor to find an event. To keep a record outside Hebno, export the filtered view as CSV with Export. The file contains the same columns as the table, one row per entry, for the filters you applied. Use the export for audits, client due diligence and your own records. Exports contain member names and email addresses, so store them as you would any HR record.Related notifications
Logs are the record. For live alerts, owners and admins receive notifications when a spend limit passes its threshold or is reached, when someone accepts an invitation, and when someone joins through an approved domain. Members choose their own preferences in Notifications.Next steps
- Read Audit trail for how the log supports a compliance review.
- Manage members and connectors, the pages that generate most entries.
- Check limits after a spend alert.
