The Wrike integration makes project status available in your client work. Ask which tasks on an engagement are overdue, how a project is tracking against its finish date, or how many hours the team logged last week, and Hebno answers from Wrike with each task cited. When a request implies a change, such as creating a task or logging time, Hebno shows a confirmation card and writes to Wrike only after you confirm.

At a glance

Before you start

You need:
  • A Wrike account with access to the spaces you want to use.
  • An allowed integration. An owner or admin sets Wrike to Allow under Admin → Connectors → Catalogue.
  • Approval from your Wrike account admin if they restrict which apps users can authorise.
  • Time tracking turned on in your Wrike account if you want to read or log time.
Hebno requests these OAuth scopes: Wrike stores accounts in more than one data centre. Hebno uses the host Wrike returns when you authorise, for example www.wrike.com or app-eu.wrike.com, so your data is read from the data centre your account uses.

Connect Wrike

1

Start the connection

Open Settings → Connections, find Wrike and select Connect. You can also select Connect from the prompt in a chat.
2

Sign in to Wrike

Sign in, choose the account if you belong to more than one, check the access Hebno requests, and select Accept.
3

Return to Hebno

The card shows Connected with your Wrike account name.
Hebno reads and writes with your own permissions, so you see only the spaces, folders, projects and tasks that are shared with you in Wrike, under your Wrike access role. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Select Disconnect at any time, or ask an admin to revoke the connection under Admin → Connectors → Connections.

What Hebno reads

Reads are live. Hebno queries Wrike when a request needs it. Only what a reply used is stored with the conversation as its sources.
Excerpts a reply uses become part of the conversation. Anyone you share the conversation with can read them, including task descriptions and comments from Wrike.

What Hebno writes

Every write appears first as a confirmation card. You can change any field before you select Confirm.

A Wrike change pending confirmation. Nothing is written until you confirm.

Hebno never deletes tasks, folders or projects, changes sharing, edits blueprints, workflows or automation rules, approves timesheets, or changes account settings. Writes are made as your Wrike user, so Wrike shows you as the author. Linking marks which Wrike projects or folders belong to an engagement, so you can ask “what is overdue?” without naming the project.
  1. Open the project and select Brain.
  2. Under Linked records, select Link record, then Wrike.
  3. Search by project or folder name and select it. Repeat for each Wrike project in the engagement.
In chats tagged to the project, Hebno starts with the linked Wrike projects for any delivery question, and cards for new tasks and timelogs default to them. See Linked records.

Use Wrike in chat

  • Attach: open the + menu, choose Sources → Wrike, and pick a space, a folder, a project or a task. Or type / and choose Wrike.
  • Ask: name the project, task or person in your request. For example:
List every task on the Contoso pricing review that is overdue or due this week, with the assignee and last comment.
How many hours did each person log against the Contoso project in October, by timelog category?
Create a task in the Readout folder to prepare the steering committee deck, assign Sarah Chen, due 13 November, importance High.
  • Research runs show a Checking Wrike step, with a chip for each project and task it read.
  • Agents can read Wrike on a schedule, for example a Monday list of projects past their finish date. Writes an agent proposes appear in agent approvals for review.
